If item arrives defective, please contact us at contact@angelgloskincare.com within 48 hours. Items will only be exchanged after being returned and inspected by Angel Glō® Skincare, LLC.
The customer is required to cover redelivery for any packages that are returned to Angel Glō® Skincare, LLC due to entering incorrect or incomplete shipping information at time of purchase.
We at Angel Glō® Skincare, LLC are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered by the customer at the time of purchase. If your package is missing, Angel Glō® Skincare, LLC will confirm delivery of package and provide requested information to the purchaser.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for any orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided by the customer at time of order.
